This year's Ramon Magsaysay award goes to coup(shorten the vowel sound)-lun (rhymes with bun)-thy francis. Of course this is an anglicised approximation. The correct Tamizh pronunciation is कुय़न्दइ पिरांसिस. The य़ is the same sound as detailed in this post. Ramon Magsaysay itself is a much mispronounced word. See the right pronunciation here
