There was a character in Anurag Kashyap called JaDwaal, played by the wonderful actor Pankaj Jha. I guess most anchors loved that film too much, so when this MLAs name cropped up in the news, they chose to use the same pronunciation. However the correct pronunciation is
jar - vaal (using respelling)
jaar vaal (using key)
जारवाल (using Devanagari)
