The recent incident involving the missing plane has put Malaysia in the spotlight. Everyone in India pronounces the name of this country as mull-ay-she-yeah. Some pronounce it as mull-ay-zhuh or shuh. International channels generally prefer the former.
The correct authentic pronunciation is mull-ay-see-yeah. Using the pronunciation key this would be transliterated as maleesiaa. In Hindi, this would read as मलेसिया.
