This name has become quite common in news shows these days. However most of the mediapersons mispronounce it. It is pronounced exactly like the Nathu in Nathu's sweets (of Delhi). You can watch his brother Gopal Godse pronouncing the name in this video.
Incidentally, there is a story behind the name Nathuram. His parents had lost three male children before his birth. A sadhu had told his parents that the best way to beat what seemed to be a curse is to rear the male child as a girl child till the age of 8. So, though his name was Raamachandra, he was made to wear a 'nath' (a nose ring) and dressed like a girl. This led to him being teased throughout his initial schooldays, turning him into a loner. After 8 years, the nath was discarded, but the name stuck.
So the correct pronunciation of the name is
nathuraam gooDsee
नथुराम गोडसे
